Irish Cottage hand woven traditional cool Brown/Tan/Gold/Beige New Wool Lined Flat Cap Cabbie Golf Cap by Bernard Slowey for Donegal. This style Vintage cap was one of many hats Maggie Smith wore in the Lady in the Van movie. Hand woven in Bernard’s cottage in Dublin, Ireland. Size is SMALL - approx. 21” inside band I measured inside rim with a difficult metal tape measure so it is approximate 21 inches. ***Flaw: in one photo I pointed in Pink to a single broken thread. Could probable tuck it in and dab with clear nail polish but I will leave it as is. I don’t feel it is noticeable unless pointed out. Ladies or young girls look great in this cap as well as the guys! Great for photographers to use as a prop.
