Vintage Evidentide Stainless Japan Wheat Escargot Snail Fork & Fish Knife

Evidentide, made in Japan and crafted in solid stainless steel. This matching set features a classic wheat / sheaf motif, a popular mid-century design found in quality Japanese export flatware.  Set includes:  • Fish knife – slender, narrow blade (approx. 1” wide) designed for gently separating and portioning cooked fish rather than lifting like a broad server  • Escargot (snail) fork – two narrow tines used for removing snails from shells and other delicate seafood tasks  Both pieces are marked Evidentide Stainless and Solid Stainless / ECLTD Japan.  Estimated mid-century era (1950s–1970s).  Condition:  Good vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and use. No bends, cracks, or damage noted.
