This pre-owned pair of Belleville 700 waterproof combat boots in men's size 10.5 R is a rugged, heavy-duty pair that is ready to get back to work. Proudly made in the USA with 8-inch high black cattlehide leather and durable nylon uppers, they are built on a highly cushioned Vanguard running shoe sole construction for all-day comfort, complete with a reliable waterproof GORE-TEX inner liner and slip-resistant Vibram Sierra outsoles.   I want to be completely transparent about their condition: they are definitely pre-owned and show clear cosmetic signs of an active life, including noticeable surface scuffs, scratches, and scraping across both toe boxes, as well as natural creasing in the leather from regular wear. They are structurally solid, fully intact, and still have a ton of life left in them for patrol, field duty, or outdoor work.
