Three dimensional flowers rise across the front with dotted petal texture, rope-style vines, vivid pink crystals and aurora-borealis centers that flash different colors as the light moves.  Silver-tone metal construction.  Pink rhinestone accents.  Aurora-borealis crystal flower centers.  Raised floral and twisted vine design.  French barrette clasp.  No maker mark is visible.  The exact barrette shown is included.  Gerald Dingleberry examined the flowers and asked which one had authority over seasonal growth.  I needed to be somewhere else.  So I went straight to Dorsia.
