Vintage 1970s knit cardigan most likely designed by American Knitting Mills, but the label is unreadable. It has a red, white and blue snowflake design with stripes. It buttons down the front with pearl-colored buttons. It is meant to fit snug and is a shorter style sweater. Most of these sweaters were made from acrylic. It has a Nordic feel to it. Measurements: Modern Medium-Large Bust: 40'' Waist: 38'' Hips: 40'' Length: 22.5'' S to S: 19'' Condition: Gently used condition, no holes or stains. Please note: I measure my clothing items flat across the front of the item and double the measurement as it would fit a person. Vintage sizing (especially before the 1980s) was different, so make sure to know your measurements to make sure it will fit. I use a cloth tape for sizing. I live in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home and I wash clothing in perfume and dye-free detergent.
