The Swami Belt is a wide nylon belt that is convenient for short rappels, self-belays, and canyoneering when used with carabiners/slings. Its key feature is its compactness.
It is not designed to withstand the impact of falls in serious rock climbing.
Purchased 11 years ago, it has been used very little and is in near-unused condition with no noticeable dirt or scratches.
While there are no visible signs of material degradation due to age, please use the Swami Belt at your own risk, understanding how to use it.
