Chest: 23 around, relaxed, (11.5 flat) Waist: 22 around, relaxed, (11 flat) Hips: 24 around, relaxed, (12 flat) Great condition, with a very, very small stain on front near waist ruffle, less than 1/4. Did best to photograph (stain is lighter than dress and is very hard to see). Last photo on girl model is a different print (seersucker), showing photo for fit purposes only. Dress for sale is solid blue, as shown in photos 1-9.
