Vintage Cynthia Jean Statement Necklace Multi-strand Beaded Stones 28" + Pendant

This is an original Cynthia Jean necklace. It's 28 plus the 5.75 pendant length. The original signed tag is attached. There's a good chance it's been worn, but shows very little. The previous owner kept the tag on the item and I'm assuming it's the correct tag, but cannot confirm. Please review the tag and compare it to the necklace.
