Elgato HD60 Pro Junk Capture Board

Description
This item is being sold as-is (junk) because it sometimes captures without issue, but occasionally requires a computer restart to function properly. The cause of this inconsistency, whether it be the computer's OS version, software, or connection points, has not been identified.
To elaborate, the recognition rate is approximately 80% based on my experience, and once recognized, it worked without any problems.
It's possible that for someone knowledgeable about software or circuit boards, this might be a minor issue. However, I am listing it with the hope that it reaches someone who can resolve it.
