vintage recipe box design with butterflies. 167

The image shows a rectangular box, possibly a vintage recipe box from the 1960s-70s, with a cream-colored base and a lid adorned with a design of butterflies and yellow leaves. There are four butterflies depicted on the lid: one black, one light blue, and two in shades of brown and yellow. The leaves are interspersed among the butterflies, and the background of the lid is a mottled off-white color, suggesting age or a vintage aesthetic. The box appears to be made of a lightweight material, potentially wood, consistent with the description of a recipe tin. There are some minor blemishes and wear visible, adding to the vintage character of the item. • Condition: Vintage, so may show signs of wear. Made by Syndicate Manufacturing Co Age 1970's Size 2 1/2 x 8 Weight  2 pound Defect: the box is old and has a couple of clips.  See pictures I'm just getting started with putting stuff up, so check out my other listings to save on shipping cost.
