Vanity Jar, Art Deco, Victorian. Beautiful vintage, possibly antique, ladies cream jar would be a great dresser container for many things - rings, cotton balls, for use as a presentation box for a special gift and more. The metal lid has a celluloid cap in a cream color and a blue and silver Art Deco design around the edge. Unknown pattern of glass - buttons, fans and stars. Condition - One shallow chip on the base as shown in the photo. A bit of loss of blue and silver paint on lid and gold finish loss from over polishing the lid.
