Vintage Eastern Safety Equipment first aid kit box with bold red medical cross graphics on a white enamel-painted metal body. Originally intended for wall mounting in workplaces, garages, schools, workshops, or industrial settings, this piece now works equally well as vintage medical decor, bathroom storage, workshop organization, or prop styling. The bright original graphics remain crisp and legible, and the box still retains its fold-down carrying handle, working latch, and wall-mount brackets. Photos and video are part of the description. Enamel paint loss and scattered rust spots in high-stress areas, especially near edges and latch hardware. Interior has light scuffing and minor rust residue spotting.
