Kivi (Gray) / Sauna Stone. The deep color of Kouseki (Kouka-seki), which is mined extensively in Finland. The material is 65% cotton yarn and 35% rayon yarn.

The development of the Vihta Towel, a forest towel made from birch fiber, was advanced with the cooperation of the Finnish Tourist Board for concept supervision.

Towels used in saunas tend to become heavy and cumbersome if they absorb too much moisture due to high absorbency.
Therefore, rayon yarn is used in addition to cotton to absorb water moderately while also considering ease of wringing and quick-drying properties.

This rayon yarn uses Sauna Yarn, a special yarn blended with birch fiber.

The fabric is finished with a comfortable, smooth texture that allows you to feel the nature of Finland through its touch and feel.

Insulation due to air layers

The pile weaving method, where yarn is pushed out to create a three-dimensional weave (pile weaving), which is mainly used for towels, creates air layers in the gaps between the yarns.
This structure provides higher insulation than conventional plain weave fabrics.

It also has moderate thickness to prevent deformation while considering quick-drying properties.
After being carefully woven by artisans using towel looms, each sauna hat is sewn by our sewing staff.

The size is sewn with ample room so that it does not obstruct your vision in the sauna and allows you to relax.
While maintaining a clean silhouette, it is designed to fit the shape of the head so that it is not too tight or too loose for anyone.

It features a 2-way specification tailored for sauna use by folding the brim of the hat. In the bathroom, by wearing the hat deep without folding the brim, you can block your vision from your surroundings and concentrate more on the sauna.
Outside the bathroom, fold the brim to widen your field of vision and feel more open.
You can adjust your field of vision according to your preference and the scene.

The fabric, made with the reliable technology of an Imabari towel manufacturer, and the careful sewing ensure that it will not easily lose its shape even after repeated washing.
