This is a pillowcase made from Hmong hand-embroidered fabric purchased about 25 years ago in Chiang Mai, a city in northern Thailand, and hand-woven hemp fabric.
The entire pillowcase is made of hand-woven hemp fabric, with the central part being the Hmong hand-embroidered fabric.
Although it has never been used, it has been listed as near unused because it was purchased about 25 years ago.
