O-Tomo Line Art Artwork

This is a framed artwork with a quiet narrative.
A person leading a leash,
and a black Shiba Inu being pulled forward.
The balance of line drawing and color application is unique,
creating an atmosphere somewhere between a sketch and art.
Combined with the slightly distorted composition of the glass frame,
it has a disquieting completeness not found in mass-produced items.
Signed O-tomo on the lower left.
Details about the artist, production background, and whether it's an original or reproduction are unknown.
However,
? Works by unknown artists
? Indie art
? Atmosphere of zines/solo exhibitions
? Dog motif x abstract composition
If any of these resonate with you, this piece is likely to strongly appeal.
It has a presence as an interior decoration.
It's the type of artwork that becomes noise in a space.
