Ink stick 255mm Crane and Turtle Wood carving
85.14 $
Description
I am listing old antiques and vintage items that I have accumulated.
This is a carved wooden ink marker (sumitsubo). It features a crane and turtle motif, making it an auspicious piece. There is an inscription on the back that can be read as Tsubokubo or Tsubuken. Please judge from the images.
I believe it can be used if maintained, but there is no ink cord.
☆This item was acquired along with other Japanese antiques. It has some dirt as shown in the images, but it will be sold as-is.
☆Please consider this item carefully, understanding that it is used, an antique, and has been stored in a private home.
