The opening and closing of the fins, and turning right or left, function as the damper, which is an interesting mechanism.
Purchased for ￥65,000, it has been used for about 150 roasts.
Overview:
Precise roasting is possible by controlling the speed and direction with hand-cranking. The roaster has fins inside, ensuring uniform agitation during roasting. It also has an exhaust mechanism, allowing for management of steam and internal pressure.
