This is the Iri-jōzu (Master Roaster) from Hatsumei Kōbō (Invention Workshop).
Used only twice, it is in excellent condition.
You can easily roast coffee beans at home and enjoy freshly roasted coffee to your liking.
Simply place the green beans in the roaster and shake it left and right over a gas stove for 3-5 minutes. The green beans will rotate smoothly, ensuring even roasting.
