These seeds were passed down from an elderly farmer in northern Ibaraki Prefecture who had been cultivating them for a long time. We have preserved them since receiving them.
They are grown and harvested on a natural farming plot, using absolutely no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or fertilizers/compost derived from livestock manure.
