Pearl Beans - 30 Beans
These are pearl beans harvested last year. I'm selling them because I can't plant many.

They are also used as an ingredient in high-quality Japanese sweets (shiroan - white bean paste).

You can eat them young, pod and all. The pods are wide and have a plumpness similar to a cross between a flat-podded green bean and a regular green bean, about 10cm long.

They are also delicious deep-fried, simmered, dressed, or stir-fried.
