Indigo Rose Tomato
This is a cherry tomato with thin skin and a medium-sized blue hue. It's a rare variety of tomato, rich in anthocyanins and lycopene.
When grown in a location with ample sunlight, the fruit turns black after fruiting. Generally, as the anthocyanin concentration increases, so does the sugar content, meaning the darker the fruit, the less acidic and more delicious the tomato will be.
It is very hardy and produces glossy, black fruits until mid-November.
Grown without pesticides during the seedling stage.
While the seedling leaves are free from dirt and insect damage, they have soil on them, hence listed as with dirt.
Shipped in a Nekoposu box.
