This is a very easy plant to grow. It prefers bright locations. It spreads through rhizomes, so if planting outdoors, it's best to plant it in a spacious area or create an underground barrier with blocks to contain its growth.

☆ Watering ☆
For outdoor planting, once established, watering is generally not necessary unless there are prolonged dry spells without rain. It likes water, so for potted plants, water thoroughly when the surface soil dries out.

☆ Fertilizing ☆
Fertilizer is not particularly necessary. If you choose to fertilize, use a small amount of organic fertilizer.
