◆Return Policy & Warranty Period◆
Returns due to customer convenience and cancellation of the sales contract are not accepted.

However, if the product has defects, false descriptions, or misrepresentations that prevent the fulfillment of the sales contract, we will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges within 8 days of product arrival. After that, we will not accept any returns, so please check the operation promptly after the product arrives.

The warranty covers only the product price and shipping costs.
Shipping costs arranged by the customer (including for in-store pickup), installation costs, damages incurred due to inability to operate the business, and other expenses are not covered by the warranty.

If repair is possible, we will cover the repair costs up to the product price (excluding shipping costs).

Please keep the packaging materials during the warranty period as they will be necessary for returns.
