* Yu-Packet Post has a weight limit of 2kg. Three bags of 120 Churu sticks each weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about weight limits, we will do our best to lighten the package by using OPP bags or other methods to ship it. Additionally, Yu-Packet Post has restrictions on the longest side (within 34cm) and the sum of three sides (within 60cm), so the packaging may be quite tight. We are doing this to reduce shipping costs and offer the product at a lower price amidst rising costs, so please only purchase if you understand and agree. We pack each item with care and attention, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

* Since we are shipping via Yu-Packet Post, if it does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and ensure you receive the package. Occasionally, packages are returned to us due to exceeding the 10-day storage period; in such cases, we will refuse any future transactions.

* We will post the package by the final collection time of the postal service whenever possible. Unlike shipping from convenience stores, this will not cause unnecessary delays. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

* Please note that we generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

* Please request bulk purchases for 4 sets or more. Even then, we cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs are break-even.

* Comments requesting price reductions will be deleted without a reply.
