This is a Makita 14.4V compatible rechargeable driver drill, model DF474D.
It is the 14.4V version of the DF484D, which is a mid-range model in the 18V series.
While there isn't as wide a lineup for 14.4V as for 18V, this model, along with the older DF470D, is the driver drill with the highest torque in the 14.4V range.

It shows signs of use but appears to be still functional.
- There are scratches and dirt overall.
- Both forward and reverse trigger operations allow for stepless speed changes from low speed.
- The LED light functions properly.
- There appears to be minimal spindle runout.
- The clutch operation seems to be fine.
- There is a slight rattling sound when opening and closing the chuck.
- There is peeling of the rubber grip (repaired with adhesive).
- The strap is frayed.

The package includes only the main unit.
