Rosemary is called a herb of rejuvenation that enhances memory and concentration.
It has antioxidant and antiviral effects and can also alleviate hay fever symptoms.
Fresh rosemary has more benefits than dried rosemary.

To make herbal tea, put 2 teaspoons of fresh rosemary in a teapot and add 200cc of hot water.
It has a slightly strong flavor, so mixing it with black tea or other teas will make it easier to drink.

I will cut them to about 10cm to 15cm.
They will be placed in a food bag and shipped via 4th class mail.
