Product Features & Basic Specifications
Features: This is a compact heat cutter from German company ENGEL, designed for cutting fiber ropes and nets.
It cuts smoothly with high output.
The cut surface is heat-sealed, preventing fraying after cutting.
It has an on/off switch and heats up relatively quickly. A convenient V-shaped blade is also available (sold separately) for cutting styrofoam and fishing nets.
Applications: Cutting ropes, fishing nets, etc.
Caution:
*The blade becomes very hot during use, so be careful of burns.
*Prolonged use with the switch fixed in the on position can cause malfunction.
*If using continuously for more than approximately 20 minutes, turn the switch off intermittently.
*If used continuously, fiber residue may accumulate on the blade, impairing heat conductivity. Periodically remove this with a file or similar tool.
*After use, the blade and body will be hot, so allow them to cool for a period before storing.
