Boshu Biwa Seedling - 1 Plant
10.00 $
Description
One seedling grown from seed (see second photo) will be shipped via Nekoposu (mailbox delivery, no date/time specified).
Seeds of Boshu loquats were sown last spring and grown. We are offering the seedling shown in the second photo, which has grown to a height of approximately 10-15 cm above ground.
(Pesticides: Not used during cultivation)
The third photo shows a plant grown from seed for 3 years, and the fourth photo shows a plant that bore fruit for the first time in its 4th year.
Since it takes many years to bear fruit, this is recommended for those who want to grow it patiently and carefully.
It is also recommended for those who want to grow it as a foliage plant due to its evergreen nature.
Loquat leaves contain tannins and saponins, which are said to be good for people with weak stomachs, coughs, phlegm, and chronic bronchitis. They also have a diuretic effect for those with poor urination and swelling.
If planted in a garden or field, it tends to grow into a large tree, but it can be kept compact when grown in a pot.
The seedling will be removed from the soil, kept moist, and shipped via RakuRaku Mercari便 (anonymous shipping) for fast delivery.
