[About the Saplings We Send]
We are offering saplings that have been naturally grown in the forest and are now being sold as bare-root plants.
(We do not collect plants from private property without permission.)
The saplings in the images are samples, but we will select saplings with a top growth of 5cm or more.
Some saplings may be larger.
Before shipping, we will dig them up from the soil, remove the dirt, and pack the roots with moist paper towels for shipping.
Since we dig them up from the soil, some fine roots may inevitably be cut, even with careful handling.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.

[Care After Arrival]
Please plant the saplings promptly upon arrival and ensure they do not dry out for a while.

◆ Branches and leaves that do not fit within the packaging size may be trimmed or bent.
◆ As these are living plants, their condition may change with the seasons, and there will be individual differences. The saplings you receive will differ from the product images. A very small number of customers have filed complaints or left low ratings due to the item not being what they expected. Please refrain from purchasing if you require an item that is exactly identical to the image.
◆ These plants are grown naturally without the use of pesticides. They may contain insects, weeds, insect damage, or signs of disease.
◆ We cannot be responsible for damage during transit (broken branches, fallen leaves, wilting, etc.) or deterioration of the plant's condition. Please make your own judgment regarding the purchase timing, especially during the summer. For those living far away, please consider purchasing during cooler seasons.
◆ These are plants grown by an amateur. Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking the quality of a store-bought product or if you are sensitive to such matters.

[Shipping via Yu-Packet Post]
It may take up to 7 days from payment to shipping (excluding the day of payment).
Delivery takes time, but delivery is available on weekends and holidays. There is no compensation for accidents, but package tracking is available.
For those living far away, please purchase with the understanding that there is a possibility of the plant's condition deteriorating.
▲ Shipping date cannot be specified.

? Please refrain from negotiating prices for single item purchases.
