[Gently mix after cooking and transfer to the rice bowl] In reality, the high temperature of the pot immediately after cooking creates an environment where rice can easily degrade. Also, the steam during cooking can make the rice watery. After cooking, gently mix to release steam, transfer to the rice bowl, and then serve.
[Moisture control with a ceramic rice bowl] Ceramic is absorbent, so it moderately absorbs excess moisture from the rice, resulting in delicious, distinct grains of rice. Furthermore, when reheating in the microwave, the moisture absorbed by the ceramic is released, resulting in fluffy rice.
[Square shape yet easy to scoop] The inside of the rice bowl is shaped to match the curve of a standard rice paddle, making it easy to scoop rice from the corners and easy to clean.
