Introducing the Chef's Frying Pan with Lid from , specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the Japanese market for tamagoyaki pans.
This is a versatile, small cooking utensil that can be used not only for tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) but also for stir-fries, small simmering dishes, fish dishes, and even cooking rice.
It is perfect for small portions, such as preparing breakfast for one or making bento boxes.
The bottom features a three-layer structure, made with an impact bonding method that sandwiches a highly heat-conductive aluminum layer between stainless steel and magnetically susceptible stainless steel.
This prevents hot spots, ensuring even heating across the entire bottom surface and minimizing uneven cooking.
The three-layer structure and fluorine resin coating also provide excellent non-stick properties and high durability.
Enjoy less stress from food sticking during cooking and easy cleanup.
It comes with a tempered glass lid, allowing you to visually monitor cooking progress. You can also use it for simmering after searing, or even cook up to 1 go (approx. 180ml) of white rice.
