Description
This item was purchased as a souvenir from the Hokuriku Hihokan, a place that no longer exists, which I visited with a friend in my 20s.
I don't know what happened to the Hihokan after that, but it was quite an enjoyable place.
In recent years, the Hihokan culture is disappearing, making this item very valuable.
