This is a Kai Chuko knife, specifically for cutting conger eel (Hamo), made of Aogami steel.

My kitchen space has become a bit cramped, and knives of this size are a little too large for me, so rather than letting it sit unused in storage, I decided to sell it to someone who will use it.

In my opinion, the exterior has no major or fatal scratches and is in relatively clean condition.
However, as it has been used until recently, please examine the images carefully and purchase only if you are satisfied.

I've heard that both the steel used in this knife and the ebony handle have been increasing in price in recent years.
