Description

This is a Gin-san Silver Steel Nakiri knife from Jitsumitsu Hamono.
It features a flat mirror finish.
It is fitted with an octagonal ebony handle.
The width of the ura-oshi (back bevel) is narrow, and the condition is good.
The small bevel is slightly thicker to prevent chipping even when hitting seeds. The tip is sharpened with a slight upward angle to make it easier to push through.
It is rust-resistant, making it suitable for citrus fruits and other items.
