Ultra-rare Konichi Gyuto 24cm
Thank you for viewing.
NENOX-S Gyuto Knife
- Blade Length: Approx. 24cm
This is a Gyuto knife from Kohnichi, which is gaining global recognition and popularity.
We were told that due to rising material costs and its popularity overseas, it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain, so we highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity.
I purchased this approximately 3 years ago at the Kohnichi retail store in Tsukiji.
This is a truly rare purple handle that was not originally intended for commercial sale.
Because I had purchased knives from Kohnichi multiple times and frequented their store, when I went to look for a Gyuto knife,
the store staff mentioned that this color was difficult to dye and had never been commercialized, but they had managed to dye it beautifully, so they showed me this one-of-a-kind piece, which I purchased.
The material is jigged bone.
I have discarded the original box, so I will pack it in a blade protection case for shipping.
The condition of use is as shown in the photos.
I have hesitated to part with this treasured knife, but I am listing it so that someone else can also experience the quality of Kohnichi knives and the value of this rare purple handle.
Please only purchase if you understand that it has been used multiple times and sharpened.
We are also open to price negotiations, so please leave a comment if you would like to discuss it.
Thank you.
