[Condition]
Purchased in 2023, used for remote work about twice a week for a while. Both the reclining and height adjustment functions work without issue.

The lumbar cushion did not fit me well, so I used a posture-correcting floor chair on top of it and kept the lumbar cushion hooked behind the chair without using it. This caused the elastic on the cushion to stretch out... I also didn't use the headrest, but the elastic on that has also stretched a bit. (See images.)

Other than the stretched elastic, there is no major damage.
The lumbar cushion can be used without issue if you tuck the elastic into the back of the cushion, and the headrest's elastic can be shortened with a clip (see image) to use it without problems. (Clip not included.)

The seat is very clean as I used a floor chair on it. Also, the vibration function is unused as I did not use the cushions.

There are some minor scuffs and dirt from normal use, and some fading due to age (see images), but it is still in beautiful condition and can be used. I do not smoke, nor do I have pets. If the stretched elastic doesn't bother you, this is a highly recommended chair with no major damage.

Although it is in beautiful condition, there may be some overlooked flaws. Also, perceptions may vary from person to person.
