【Final Price】Wooden Bonito Flakes Shaver "Kezurikko"

This is a katsuobushi (bonito flakes) shaver made of wood, specifically paulownia.
It was used once and then stored as I couldn't get the hang of it.
There are some small chips on the blade (see the 3rd photo), but it will be sold as-is, so please understand.
I hope someone can make good use of it.

This katsuobushi shaver is crafted by artisans from Kamo, famous for their paulownia chests.
The outer box is made of paulownia, which has excellent humidity control properties and is insect and rot resistant. The plane rest is made of sturdy white oak.
By omitting the drawer, we have achieved a professional-grade product at a low price and in a compact size.
Freshly shaved bonito flakes have the best flavor. Take a little extra effort for exquisite flavor.
In addition to making dashi (broth), use it as a topping for onigiri (rice balls), cold tofu, oden, yakisoba, and zoni (New Year's soup)!
