The frame has a lid retainer, so it sits flush with the wall.
The inner lid is made of calcium silicate board, so
you don't need to make it from drywall.
The back of the lid has a safety cord to prevent falling.
The calcium silicate board has some sun fading.
There are some chips on the inside of the frame.
Installation is not affected, but please check the photos.
