This heat-shielding sudare (bamboo screen) is a joint development between a long-established sudare manufacturer in Kurashiki, with over 160 years of history since its founding in Ansei 2, and Kuraray Trading.
As a modern item that is lightweight and highly heat-shielding, it further enhances the atmosphere of your room.
Its design blends seamlessly with both Western and Japanese interiors, creating a luxurious feel not only indoors but also outdoors.
It blocks strong summer sunlight to maintain coolness while also protecting your privacy.
Excellent heat-shielding properties reduce daytime heat and glare, preventing indoor temperature rise.
At night, it can be used as a screen to block views from the outside, and its lightweight and easy-to-handle nature makes it attractive for changing its location or removing it.

The luxurious feel created by the arrangement of two types of pipes, oval and circular, along with the unique luster and texture achieved through the combination of embossed patterns and embedded aluminum, developed through proprietary technology, allows it to be used in various scenes, regardless of whether they are Japanese or Western style.

Embedding aluminum into the pipes enhances heat shielding and UV cut rates.
Furthermore, the hollow structure of the pipes creates an air layer, achieving high heat shielding and insulation.
This reduces the cooling load and is expected to provide energy-saving effects.
