Usage period: Just under 3 years, used approximately twice a week, so I believe the condition is good.

This is an electric wheelchair equipped with YAMAHA's JWX-1 PLUS+ on a MIKI frame. Please refer to the attached specifications (Photo 16) for dimensions, etc. (4.5 km/h specification).

The items for sale are everything shown in the photos: the main unit (including cushion), charger, and instruction manual.

No one in our family smokes, and we do not have pets. We will clean it as much as possible before shipping.

The blue pattern on the tires (Photos 6-8) is a spoke cover with Yamaha's original design, a limited edition HERALBONY. It was installed as an option, but can be removed if not needed, so please rest assured. https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000090.000039365.html

The cushion shown in the photos (lumbar support, Photos 9-10) is a JAY cushion (JAY Combi) purchased for around 30,000-40,000 yen for back pain relief, and this will also be included. (Can be removed if not needed)

There is storage on the back. (Photos 12-13)

A cane holder (Photo 14) was also professionally installed. I use two Lofstrand crutches, so it's designed to hold two Lofstrand crutches. As shown in the photo, canes (not included) can be inserted and secured. This will also be included when shipped, but can be removed if not needed.

It folds up quite compactly. (Photo 15)
When going on long trips, I was able to load it into the rear storage of my mini-van.

There is a USB port on the control panel (Photo 17) which allows for charging smartphones, etc.

There is a crack on the cushion on the left side, but it does not affect use. (Photo 18)
