40 Yuzu Leaves for Swallowtail Butterfly Food - Pesticide-Free - No. 19

The first photo was taken in April of this year.
The second photo was taken last summer.
I found eggs while collecting on July 29th of last year for shipping.

There are many eggs on the yuzu leaves right now.
Swallowtail butterflies also love yuzu.

Due to the extreme heat, I cannot wash the leaves before shipping as they may get damaged. There is a possibility of dirt. Please wash them upon arrival.

On June 29th, I discovered eggs while pruning yuzu trees.

On June 30th, I found a larva about 5 cm long while pruning yuzu trees.

I found eggs while collecting for shipping on July 20th.

The number of yuzu leaves eaten by one swallowtail butterfly larva is approximately 32 leaves. This is the total number of leaves eaten from the 1st to the 5th instar stages. According to data from Asunaro Learning Room, a 1st instar larva eats 0.06 leaves, a 2nd instar larva eats 0.2 leaves, a 3rd instar larva eats 0.7 leaves, a 4th instar larva eats 3.6 leaves, and a 5th instar larva eats 26.8 leaves.

The packaging photo shows 20 mandarin orange leaves, but I will ship yuzu leaves in a similar manner with 40 leaves.

I will carefully select and ship beautiful leaves.
