Felt HAPPY BIRTHDAY Garland and Colorful Felt Chain Rings Set
Lightweight and easy to handle, these can be easily decorated on walls or windows.
There are some signs of pilling and creasing from being used a few times.
Also, due to the felt material, dust may adhere, but they are still usable.
Recommended for birthday parties or as a backdrop for commemorative photos.
They will be folded, waterproofed (with an OPP bag), and shipped compactly as shown in the photos.
As these are stored at home, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such details.
