Rare USA-made Uncle Sam Tapestry with Stars and Stripes, Vintage

Thank you for looking.

This is a garden banner made by Evergreen Enterprises Inc. (Richmond, Virginia), which was loved in American homes from the 1990s to the 2000s to decorate gardens and entrances.
The design motif is the iconic top hat worn by the personified American character Uncle Sam.
The 2000 notation on the tag indicates that this is an original item manufactured in the millennium year.

Features
This is a very rare design featuring the Stars and Stripes colors as a base, with three-dimensional star patchwork and star streamers hanging from the hem.
Unlike a regular square flag, it is die-cut in the shape of a hat, giving it an overwhelming presence just by hanging it on a wall.
It is a piece that would look great in American vintage, garage interiors, or as store fixtures.
