Iris Ohyama Bob House, Large Size, Red Roof

Iris Ohyama plastic pet house
Size L.
Please refer to image 7 for detailed dimensions.

I purchased this for a rescue cat, but it was too large for the cat, so I am selling it.
The cardboard box has been opened once, but the item is unused and has not been assembled.

I have been using an M-sized brown-roofed version of this same product outdoors for 6 years, and while the roof color has faded slightly, it does not leak rain. Considering it has been exposed to rain, sun, and the elements, I believe it is quite durable (this is just my personal opinion).

The cardboard box is dirty, but the contents are clean.

I purchased this on Rakuten, so the price is set lower than the Rakuten price.
Please understand that I cannot offer discounts due to high shipping costs.
