This is a souvenir jacket from Clover Leaf, the women's line of Toyo Enterprises, the original creator of souvenir jackets. It's a popular reversible model. There is no size notation, but it's likely a women's one-size-fits-all. Actual measurements are 50cm (19.7 inches) wide and 55cm (21.7 inches) long (including the ribbing). The reverse side is plain, allowing you to change your look. It's perfect for women, and also looks incredibly cool on smaller men who want a tight fit! It was folded for storage, so there are some fold lines, but in my opinion, the condition is good. It's a rare gem for vintage clothing lovers and those who love souvenir jackets!
