All accessories from NORTH WORKS are made from old American silver coins. Unlike the common sterling silver (925) used in accessories, these coins have a silver content of about 90%, making them harder. It is said that due to the unevenness of the material, processing is very difficult. The charm of NORTH WORKS lies in transforming these silver coins by hollowing them out, heating, hammering, and bending them into various items such as pendants, rings, and bangles.
I purchased this around December of last year, and have worn it about twice. I thoroughly polished it with a precious metal cleaner, and its condition is rated A.
