We are listing a used cutting blade. The #22 is for medium-thick Chinese noodles. To add waves, please purchase a plate and silicone rubber.
This blade is compatible with Ebisu noodle machines and Tokisawa noodle machines, but we are not familiar with others.
Although it is an old item, all the cutting teeth are intact. We have tested it on a noodle machine, and it rotates smoothly without any unusual noises.
We will clean the grooves before shipping, so please allow some extra time for delivery.
