The ambai Yukihira pot is a versatile pot that can be used for simmering, boiling, making dashi stock, and as a milk pan. The material is a three-layer steel with aluminum sandwiched between stainless steel.
The interior is made of highly corrosion-resistant polished stainless steel for easy cleaning. The core material is pure aluminum with high thermal conductivity. The exterior is stainless steel suitable for IH heating, ensuring even heat distribution. The spout is designed for easy pouring, and the wooden handle is made of durable, water-resistant teak wood. It is also stackable.
Used a few times, there is some signs of use, but I don't think there are any particularly noticeable damages.
It originally cost around ￥16,000, but as this is a used item, I am offering it at a lower price. Please understand this before purchasing.
