Wonderchef Orth Plus Double Handle Pressure Cooker 3.5L Red BODB35-RD Product Number 670045

■ Wonderchef Co., Ltd. (formerly Ito Aluminum), located in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture, is a long-established manufacturer founded in 1951 and celebrated its 20th anniversary in pressure cooker sales (as of 2019). They continue to manufacture a wide range of pressure cookers, from household to commercial use.
■ Orth Plus is a renewed model of the popular previous model Orth, which was a super high pressure cooker, now equipped with a new two-stage pressure switching device.
■ Stylish design created in Germany. Unusually for a stainless steel pressure cooker, the sides of the pot are painted (black or red).
■ It can handle a wide variety of dishes by switching between Japan's highest class super high pressure (operating pressure 140kPa: cooking temperature 126℃) and general normal pressure (operating pressure 80kPa: cooking temperature 117℃).
■ The lid opens and closes easily with a one-touch push button. It is not the type where you turn the lid to close it at a designated position, so you can close the lid from any angle (360 degrees).
■ Equipped with four safety devices and 100% inspection in Japan.
■ Thick three-layer bottom structure that prevents sticking.

■ Parts can be purchased on the manufacturer's website. Additionally, over 250 recipes are available, allowing you to search for menu ideas while shopping for groceries.
