Le Creuset Japonais Mimosa 18cm & Pot Holder (Oven Mint)
The shallow Japonais, also known internationally as the Cocotte Sukiyaki, is ideal for sukiyaki as well as other hot pot dishes.
It's also great for Japanese cuisine, as well as Western dishes like risotto. You can even bake tarts and cakes and serve them directly from the pot to the table.
The handles can get hot, so a pot holder (Oven Mint) is included.
Mimosa is a warm yellow color.
Clean condition with no stains.
Small chip on the rim (see photo).
Scuff marks on the bottom of the pot.
No burnt-on food inside, allowing for comfortable cooking.
Washed with Le Creuset specialized detergent and sterilized by boiling.
